"We absolutely loved our stay at Maya Beach Hotel! The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and was the perfect place to relax during our time in Placencia. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the restaurant. The menu had a great variety of interesting and delicious dishes, and the food was excellent. In our opinion, it was one of the best restaurants we experienced in the Placencia area. We enjoyed it so much that dining there became part of the experience of staying at the hotel. The beach was also beautiful and very enjoyable during most of our stay. Unfortunately, on our last day, a large amount of sargassum washed ashore, but of course, this is something natural and beyond the hotel’s control. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, the beach, and especially the amazing food. We would definitely recommend Maya Beach Hotel and would happily stay here again!"

"Arrived late after communicating with the desk staff that I may arrive after the cutoff. Was able to get to my room and get some food before the resturant closed. The roof bar had a nice view and the pools and beach were well maintained except for a large hole in the surface area of one of the wadding areas. The people were friendly and accommodating and the area was nice. All said a good experience."

"The stay was better than expected the rooms were done nicely and bathrooms were spacious. On our stay we experienced rain/thunderstorm which led us to see there was a leak on the top bunk bed. Thankfully no one was sleeping there so it wasn’t an issue. Other than that we loved the privacy, and amenities the property offered. They had security walk around the property at night so that made us feel very safe. It was also very close to Placencia village so overall worth it. Will definitely book again when we come back."

His attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond made our stay unforgettable. He was always attentive, accommodating, and seemed to anticipate our needs before we even had to ask. George is a tremendous asset to the resort. The resort itself was absolutely immaculate. Every area was spotless, beautifully maintained, and designed to create a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The vibe was exactly what we were looking for—quiet, welcoming, and the perfect place to unwind. And let's not forget the food! Every meal was delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. The drinks were equally impressive, expertly crafted, refreshing, and the perfect complement to each day in paradise. If you're looking for a resort that combines luxury, incredible hospitality, outstanding food, and a relaxing atmosphere, look no further than Sirenian Bay Resort. Everything went so smoothly due to the help from our concierge Erika, from arranging our shuttle from Belize City to Placencia to arranging our chef Danzel (who by the way served phenomenal dishes). Gorge is the care taker that keeps everything running smoothly and efficiently. Everyone was friendly and very personable. Would stay there again."
