This was an excellent area to stay at, and Tanger Outlets was right across the intersection from us. Staff was great, and I appreciate a place that still does free hot breakfast. The pillows were terrible though, so bring your own if you can and the mattress was a bit firm for my taste.

The breakfast dining area had worn out furniture, dirty & ripped cushions. The 2 elevators both had badly worn floors & walls. Only one small bar of soap was provided in the bathroom for 3 people and a 2 night stay. I expected more from Hilton-Hampton.

Poor breakfast, check in person has terrible customer service attitude, bathroom sink took a very long time to drain, low water pressure in shower, no bath tub. 10-12 young kids in the hot tub made it un-useable. Internet was difficult to get on to. All in all, a bad hotel experience - first and last stay at Hampton Inn and Suites

Great breakfast! Grandson and I went for a swim it was very chilly water was too cold to swim in so I went in the hot tub but it wasn’t hot at all. Both were a disappointment. Pool towels all over on the floor and in both the pool and hot tub. We tryed to clean them up , we did our best. For a traveler just wanted a nice swim and hot tub but it was a fail. Did inform the front desk. And no recite. I asked but she said it would be in my email, I just wanted a paper recite.

The shower wouldn’t drain and the front desk person refused to help me . The response was “ sorry there is no one here.” DO NOT STAY HERE! This is NOT the first time this facility has caused us issues . Never again!!! What a shame

The room was very clean. I wasn't keen on the square pillows. They were a little too thick for me. We checked in at 3 pm but the standard king bed room we booked wasn't available. Reason given was cleaning staff shortage. We waited 45 minutes then switched to a room with 2 queen beds. We paid same amount. Ut was a little disappointing.

The hotel is very nice. The room is spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Unfortunately the young lady at the reception was very unfriendly. Like dealing with a machine. No smile, nothing. Did not even look up until I made a sound to get her attention. I don't know if I would stay here again. Staff friendliness is very important.

We always stay here if nearby. Breakfast was meager this time. No coffee was available for quite a while, every cooked option had peppers, which I cannot eat. AND, the toaster was broken.

The hotel has a strong mildew smell. The smell lingered in the halls, elevators and into our room. It triggered an asthma attacked. The over head bathroom light was burned out. The in room coffee pot was broken. The breakfast was nice and front desk clerks were polite. Parking was well lite.

Stay was ‘ok’ - beds (mattress) are very uncomfortable and pillow are not the best! Prefer vending machines over the ‘store’ behind the front desk! Also, breakfast ends at 9:30 - went down at 9:00 and there wasn’t any food left but some cereal. Very disappointed. For the price of the stay it was fine but probably would choose another hotel next time.

I was given a room behind the elevator and I am a light sleeper. Other than that, pretty good hotel for one night stop. Also the hotel lady was very nice let me stay on the common area after check out for couple of hours!

This was not the first time we stayed at this hotel. The young person at the desk was wonderful. Her name is Elaura. She is just beautiful, inside and out. She has a great smile and we loved how she greeted us when we arrived. We plan on staying there on our return.

Room was nice. Bed was softer than expected. Probably about time change it. Hit tub was very good, pool was quite cold. Food was hot & plentiful. Location for what we wanted to do was great. Staff was friendly
