"The room was old and unclean. Hair on the floor, a mouldy rubber bath mat and the bathroom cupboard wouldn't open. I had to use my comb to push it open to get to the hair dryer. "

"Staff were excellent, in particular I wish to commend and thank May and Vincent in reception. Housekeeping staff were very pleasant and obliging. Parking was limited - I have a mobility permit and there were a number of occasions where people without permits were parked in these spots. I believe they are not monitored. Room was good but a microwave for extended stays would have been really useful. Staff were great in heating food for us but my son worked night shifts and on those days the kitchen was closed when he got back late. Otherwise, no complaints with the venue, facilities or staff.
