The hotel is located in a very great place and very easy to find. Minutes from Pistoia. Great staff and facilities. I suggest everyone to try the restaurant. Especially in the summer has a great view. In summer days the outside pool is good too.

Peaceful, beutiful hotel but reluctant service
Hotel is an amazing experience in relation to the converted convent. I paid for the larger room and it was very comfortable, typical Italian hotel room, beautiful typical Tuscan interior and furnishings. No kettle but I've not yet found an Italian hotel that offers a kettle, they're not big on tea or instant coffee. Pool area is beautiful but bear in mind it is open as a pay as you go pool to the public. We requested the train station shuttle in advance and were told to get a taxi instead (at a cost of 14 euros), both ways this added to 2/3s the nightly room rate so not too happy about that considering the Hotels.com listing specifies the complementary service. We were also told at 5pm that the restaurant was closed to accommodate a wedding, which, considering the hotel is in the middle of the mountains 3 miles to the nearest shop and 2 miles to the nearest bus stop, was quite an oversight. We had luckily brought a few snacks with us for the evening. We were also told on arrival that we required swimming caps to go in the pool and that we pay 2 euros each for these so another unexpected expense. The staff seemed to be very reluctant to provide customer service, but that's my experience of Italian hotels in general. This is a beautiful place to get some relaxation, peace and spectacular views the Tuscan hills but there is not really a "holiday vibe" to it. Guests don't seem to hang around the common areas so you don't really get to be around others aside from breakfast.

Fabulous Views from a fascinating building.
We were well looked after, staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent. We would certainly go back. You need your own car as it is out of town.

A little Gem on top of the hill
The staff here were extremely friendly and attentive. Our room was spacious and had a lovely view. On our first day we were given a tour of the grounds and explained the history. The bed was a little hard but not bad. The staff waited on you so much that it did not matter. Breakfast was very good, with a good variety of items.

Lovely hotel!
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredible helpful, kind, and professional. They went out of their way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. Located on a beautiful hillside, not far from the town centre, the hotel and hotel grounds look like they belong on the front page of a Tuscany travel magazine. This is a peaceful place that is ideal for "recharging", or given its close proximity to town and various Tuscan villages and cities, the hotel is also perfectly placed for sightseeing and exploring. The restaurant the is located onsite offers absolutely delicious food (vegetarian options readily available) and the daily breakfast couldn't be better. Couldn't have been happier with our stay. We were there for almost two weeks and hope to return.

Charming historical building
Charming historical building, great location, excellent rooms and facilities, very clean, good breakfast and courteous staff. Great big surrounding park. Perfect location to explore the region and Pistoia is a hidden gem - great restaurants, nice historical center.

We will return
We were very impressed by this hotel, it is beautifully situated and the interior is a journey into the past. The web site does not do it justice. The receptionist Francesca was very friendly, and refreshingly helpful. The breakfast was delicious and lots of it. The on site restaurant was a disappointment, hopefully they can improve the menu and quality of offerings.

Basic hotel off the highway in the hills
The staff was very helpful moving me to a larger room that didn't smell like smoke, but in general the rooms were very basic and not very comfortable. I ate at the restaurant and it also wasn't anything to write home about. Maybe they need to take a few more steps to remove it from it's history as a convent...

.The hotel ls an old convent. It's full of history .I was a bit disappointed to not be allowed on the balcony and when the food ran out at breakfast it was stressful trying to get the staff to put out more for those who had not got down for 8 .the staff were very friendly and attentive .

a charmr on the hill
We picked this hotel at the top of a forested hill because of its closeness to the Gori family's Fattoria Celle where we had a scheduled appointment the next morning. It was way out of Pistoia but not inconveniently, and we were surprised by how pretty it was, the gorgeous views, and the accommodating staff who upgraded us to a room with a balcony and special view, to say the least.

Amazing setting - something different!
Fine except would not let us check out after 10am which seemed very inflexible and far too early - ridiculous! Also WIFI didn't work until last morning and no remotes in room for TV - breakfast great standard.

Welcoming
The hotel was situated off the beaten track up in the Tuscany hills with beautiful views. Surrounding noise was only that of the beetles. The hotel was clean, tidy and well kept. The staff were welcoming and friendly, breakfast was a mixture of hot and cold buffet style. We would certainly return for another stay.

Decisamente no.
Hotel tenuto male, dal lavello non usciva l'acqua fredda, pulizia scarsa, ristorante interno caro e cibo appena passabile.

Gentile Fulvio. Ci dispiace non abbia gradito il soggiorno presso il Nostro Hotel. La manutenzione nelle nostre camere viene fatta periodicamente. Poteva tranquillamente avvisare la reception, avremmo provveduto al cambio camera. Abbiamo sempre avuto belle recensioni per quanto riguarda la pulizia. Le tariffe del ristorante rietrano nella media dei prezzi attuati nei ristoranti a Pistoia. Cordialmente . Direttore / Staff

Bello ma serve qualche attenzione in più
La struttura è molto bella, la piscina grande conferisce la comodità e quel plus che ci vuole. Tuttavia consiglio di rinfrescare pareti e sanitari. Qualunque stanza, dalla suite alla economy, ritengo debba essere in condizioni ottimali, senza macchie di umido, doccia datata e specchio che perde "pezzetti di ruggine" o rivestimento. La nostra stanza era piuttosto rumorosa (suonerie di messaggi altrui, cassetti che vengono aperti o chiusi, sciacquone come se fosse nostro) Consiglio qualche attenzione maggiore per il covid, soprattutto al ristorante annesso all'hotel (es. Menù di cuoio e plastica ma per disinfettarsi le mani i servizi sono lontani), sperando di non averne bisogno in futuro. Per il resto, pulizie buone, arredi belli e in linea con un antico convento. Bella posizione panoramica della struttura. Staff gentile. Buon lavoro a tutti

Skøn udsigt - historisk hotel
Fik ikke det korrekte værelse med balkon og udsigt over byen ved check-in som vi havde booket. Efter lidt snak fik vi byttet værelse som passede bedre med Hotels.com’s beskrivelse, men stadig ikke 100%. Bl.a manglede morgenkåber, badetøfler og mulighed for kaffe/the på værelset. Men da det ikke var afgørende for os, accepterede vi værelset. Stedet er hyggeligt og autentisk, men trænger til en opdatering af udendørsområder. Billederne på Hotels.com svarede ikke til de faktiske forhold. Hotellet havde dog gjort opmærksom på via opslag i reception og elevator, at de var lidt bagud med vedligehold pga. Covid-19. Poolen er ikke privat/kun for hotellets gæster som angivet i beskrivelsen. De lokale kom også og benyttede den, men det betød ikke noget for os. Men ellers et hyggeligt og rart sted, med historie, skøn udsigt over Pistoia, venligt personale, god betjening og god mad/restaurant. Vi kunne godt finde på at besøge stedet igen.

Kære kunde tak for din anmeldelse hvad angår rumtypen, har du fået tildelt den ønskede rumtype, Eksklusivt, rummeligt værelse med en smuk udsigt til en meget fordelagtig pris Hvad angår tilbehør til badeværelset, leveres intet værelse badekåber Swimmingpoolen er gratis for hotellets gæster, men er også åben for offentligheden, hvor der er meget store pladser og masser af plads omkring poolen, vi er sikre på, at du ikke har haft problemer med at finde et sted Hotellets betingelser for at være en struktur fra 1300 kan naturligvis ikke sammenlignes med en ny struktur, men afspejler bestemt enhver hygiejne og ordenestandard, ud over charmen ved et gammelt kloster Ser frem til at have dig som vores velkomst gæst venlig hilsen

Schöne Umgebung, Rest verbesserungswürdig
Pool und Kapelle sind toll. Pool wird von vielen fremden Besuchern genutzt, daher trubelig. Frühstück äußerst mittelmässig. Zimmer und Dusche sehr klein. Badezimmerboden wurde nicht gewischt, meine langen Haare immer noch auf dem Boden!

Gentile Sig. Rossano La ringraziamo per la Sua recensione, purtroppo come Lei sa, dal giorno 07/08 al giorno 11/08/19 l'hotel è rimasto privo di aria condizionata per un guasto al chiller esterno. Abbiamo cercato di ovviare con l'acquisto di ventilatori, fornendo gratis le bevande del minibar delle camere tenendo aperta la piscina fino a tarda notte. Dal giorno 12/08 u.s. tutto funziona perfettamente. Ci auguriamo di averLa ancora nostro Ospite in modo che possa verificare quanto scritto e La salutiamo cordialmente. Il Direttore.

Tre giorni in campagna
Bel posto, bella struttura, camere un po' troppo piccole ed alcune senza vista (abbiamo ottenuto una camera più grande con vista con un aumento di 10€/notte). Abbastanza buona la colazione. Bisognerebbe specificare che la piscina non è ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti dell'hotel, e che nel weekend è STRAPIENA.

Le camere del Nostro Hotel sono ricavate dalle antiche celle del convento, abitate fino al 1970 dai frati francescani, pertanto la struttura mantiene questa peculiarità per alcune camere. La Nostra piscina è aperta anche agli esterni ma per gli ospiti dell'hotel sono sempre disponibili lettini e ombrelloni a bordo vasca in qualsiasi momento della giornata. Dejlig stemning of flot udsigt.
Der er en dejlig rolig stemning på hotellet og man føler at det har været et kloster. Alt er smukt indrettet og man føler sig velkommen. Der er en fantastisk udsigt over dalen. Personalet er meget venligt. Morgenmaden er ok. Vi spiste også aftensmad i restauranten og var godt tilfreds. Poolen var ikke åben pga af årstiden, men vi kunne se at den lå i en fin have og der var flere. siddeområder udendørs. Det eneste negative er at værelserne er meget små. Anbefales til ro og afslapning og turistbesøg i Pistoia.
