We kept referring to this property as "perfect" for our family. The location was less than a block from scorpion coffee which was delicious. Also, less than a block from Rosas Italian food. Which came in clutch when wanting takeout after a long day at the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Really nice spot

We really enjoy this place. Walking distance to the beach and comfortable kitchen. We have a big family and everybody had fun. The parking is a major plus as it can get really tight. Will definitively be back.

Great location

Overall, enjoyed our stay at this property. A little noisy with the people upstairs above you, but other than that, it was a nice place. Wish they would have the barbecue pits fully stocked with propane, not many pots and pans to work with but other than that very happy with our stay and will be staying here next year.

The location is perfect. It was an ideal spot because it allowed everyone to do their own thing and come and go as they pleased. The apartment was super clean and the outside area was a great place to hang out and relax. Great value all around.

We were all very impressed with the apartment. It was well stocked with whatever you would need. There were enough towels and had lots of extras in the kitchen. Would love to rent this unit again if they will allow us. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!

Very clean, we got a parking spot in the driveway which was convenient. First floor unit was available for us, very nice. First floor is convenient, but you have to put up with lots of noise from people up late. Otherwise, everything was clean.

Pismo

The place is very nicely decorated. Very clean and comfortable the location is terrific with easy walks to the beach, the pier, and lots of great restaurants and coffee choices. The only negative thing is the noise from the upstairs apartment, once it was addressed it got much better but there was an awkward afternoon trying to figure out how to tell people traveling with children to calm it down. The host responded immediately and it got much quieter. The outside patio is very nice too with seating and grills.
