Just a block and a half from the beach, in the heart of town you'll have sparkling ocean and hill top views, and city lights exclusively yours from this 3 bedroom/3.5 bath house. The second level offers living with a flat screen TV, formal dining area, a convenient half bath, gourmet kitchen, and it opens to the BBQ balcony to bring the outside in.
    The second level living room sofa opens to a queen size sleeper, allowing this house to sleep 8 people. On the next level the master bedroom has an en suite bath, walk in closet, and " TV. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. This floor has a second full bath and washer/dryer. At the top, find dining seating to take in the ocean views.
