We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Smokies Lodge Resort! The room was nice and clean, the price was affordable, and the location was perfect. Spent the night here to visit pigeon forge. Pretty old school but nice and clean for the most part! We got two rooms and one of the rooms seemed a bit cleaner than the other, the floors in the one could use a deep clean in my opinion and the breakfast was questionable. Overall loved the spacious rooms and would stay there again.

Hubby and I stayed for 4 days. We were in the king size bed suite with a balcony and a jacuzzi tub. We had a fantastic time exploring Pigeon Forge and were able to come back to the hotel and relax. Also enjoyed the big indoor swimming pool amd daily breakfast. Great place for couples and families alike. Will definitely come back

Room was very spacious had queen with a kitchen. Will definitely be staying there again in 2 weeks. Only con game room half the games wouldn't take the tokens so came back with a pocket full Lol

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The pool & slide was the best part, the water temp was perfect. Breakfast was good. The beds need updating, wasnt too comfortable. Overall, Id definitely stay again for the warm pool!

We like to stay here because it is at a good location. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We stayed for four nights. Did not get to use the pool because it was always full of kids. Will probably come back but not this time of year. Did not care for the breakfast, it was the same thing every morning. The first morning the biscuits were real hard and almost burnt. We ate somewhere else two mornings. Staff is always nice and check-in was easy.

The room was nice, although the carpet appeared very soiled. The pool with slide was very nice. The breakfast was not very good. Even though it’s classified as a buffet breakfast, it was eggs and sausage patties, biscuits, gravy, donuts and fruit. Not very tasty, maybe just a very small step up from regular motel type breakfast, without the waffle makers, cereal and yogurt. Frankly, not worth waking up early for it!
