Only negative is the shower water pressure could be better but we loved our stay at the Lodge . Our room was very spacious and the kids had their own separate room, outdoor heated pools were very fun and thankful it was still open in October . So much to do at this resort with kids . We will stay here again .

Very warm welcome at check in and friendly staff interactions throughout our stay. Very clean and comfortable room. Great heated pool, just wish it opened earlier in the morning (before 10am) to get a swim in before check out at 11am. Excellent margaritas! Family friendly- Lots of activities for kids to enjoy

The hotel overall was really great. The rooms were very clean and super comfy beds! We did have to request service for a clogged sink and the toiletries to be filled because conditioner was completely empty and sink clogged when we arrived. They did service on the room that afternoon but did not fix the clog or refill the conditioner . Reported again when we left for next traveler Would definitely stay here again

We had an amazing stay! There was so much to enjoy right on the property, and we loved taking advantage of all the amenities. Between swimming, bowling, the game room, playground, and nightly S’mores, there was always something fun to do! The property was beautiful and very well maintained, and the staff was always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It was a wonderful place to stay, especially for a family, and we would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place for family gatherings with plenty of entertainment options right on site. Large, spacious rooms are clean and classy. Food and drink prices were reasonable compared to other places on the strip. A nice oasis from the high traffic, fast paced Pigeon Forge area but close enough to sample the local attractions. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay with two kids. Loved that the pool and lazy river were open late and that we could order food poolside. Staff was so friendly. Really fun mountain coaster across the street. The food at Finn's was delicious and not over priced.
