Pool facilities were great with pool toys for the kids. Breakfast at pancake house across the road was great with excellent service. Coffee, ice tea, lemonade and slushees available in the lobby along with fruit and donuts. This place was great. Will definitely be back.

The property was awesome great staff clean rooms accessing pool shopping very easy. Giving customers the great breakfast choice. Walking to stream was wonderful. Having coffee and donuts and frozen drinks up front very easy to get to. Coffee choices where for everyone always full. I will go to hotel again in my travels

The room was beautiful. Showing a bit of age but was well maintained. Hosts were fantastic. Breakfast was across the road at Regan’s pancake house. Copper petinaed statues decorated the grounds. Walking distance to the Islands.

Hotel location right in the heart of activities in Pigeon Forge. Tile flooring throughout, no crunchy carpeting. This is a bit older hotel, staff are upgrading all of the rooms.

Nice clean rooms comfy beds very nice bathrooms with rain style shower Krispy Kreme donuts were a wonderful treat. Walk in room with a cute towel animal and Hershey kisses on the bed was a sweet, welcoming gesture. Will difentely stay again on our next visit

I can’t say enough good things! I got two rooms and the balcony joined our rooms. They were well decorated and soft beds. Showers are great. Complementary bag with two waters and popcorn in each room. And cute little candies on the beds. The free slushies in the office were great after walking to the Island for supper at Paula Deans. I highly recommend! And we also got vouchers for free pancakes or upgrade to full breakfast buffet across the street for $6 more. We will stop in again.

Great stay at The Arbors in Pigeon Forge! Clean hotel, and the location is perfect — everything is within walking distance. Free breakfast (pancakes & coffee) is across the street, or you can upgrade to the buffet for $6. They also have free donuts, fruit, coffee, lemonade, and sweet tea available all day, which was a nice bonus. Wi-Fi was good and parking was plentiful. Only downside: there's just one elevator for the whole hotel, so it's slow — we ended up taking the stairs to our room on the 5th floor. Still, a good experience overall for our family of 4. Would stay again
