"We booked for a week but left after 3 days. We are tough but not that tough. A neighbour was burning leaves 24/7. We couldn't go outside or open a window. It hurt our eyes and throats. Regine said she called but nothing changed. We gave her an opportunity to make good when we told her we had to leave and find a hotel but nothing was offered. Otherwise, the kitchen was well supplied, there were 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels, thin pillows and a no-frills bed. This is my first negative review...

"This place is a dream; my husband and I could not believe the privacy provided my the hillside. The pool is secluded by scrub with a view of the lake - just breathtaking. Great location, close to many small cities, hiking, and beaches. We popped into Piannotolli for the best supermarket and laundromat. "Très bel endroit, la maison est bien placée tout en haut d'une colline avec vue sur la mer. On peut descendre à pied sur la plage la plus proche qui est magnifique. Une grande terrasse où nous avons pu tous nous réunir sans être gênés. 2 logements indépendants mais facilité de se reunir dehors sur celui du bas. Terrain de boules, (à quand même besoin d'un petit entretien ! ) Marilys a été toujours disponible pour toutes nos questions et nous a fait entièrement confiance."

The house is situated nearby the most beautiful beaches of South Corsica, 15 minutes by car to the beach. You need a car to reach the house as well as the beaches. "The hotel charged me 15 euros for the electric charging station and the car charger did not work at all. When I asked to be reimbursed, the receptionist became really mean!! It is not about 15 euros, in the grand scheme of things…I will likely never get reimbursed!! it is about how the receptionist who treated all the customers so poorly and was sooo condescending … They don’t have the customers and service in mind. (Roberto the night receptionist was great!)"
