Arrived late afternoon on a short-stay over, prior to flying home....a really nice Hotel with helpful, attentive staff. A great spa - lots of fun for kids in the pool, but check to see if there is any minimum age limit. The restaurant was excellent with once again terrific staff. Turin has kind of been off the radar (sorry for my ignorance), but I would like to go back and explore for a weekend - and I would definitely stay at this Hotel again.
We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel, we did go for a room upgrade which cost an additional 10 euro's per night but was defiantly worth it. We stayed in room 508 and the views were fantastic, breakfast was great. The only negative as the poor wifi which kept dropping out.

NH is chain hotels, and this one in Torino is quite new. I love the NH collection hair conditioner there and it made me looking for it in the beauty store and I couldn't find none. So staying in NH shall be the only way to enjoy that hair conditioner.
Hotel was centrally located. Bit of an adventure getting there from airport following GPS. Staff was pleasant on checkin and helpful in getting a cab.
Room was modern albeit small as most European hotel rooms are.
Breakfast was good - nice variety of items.
I traveled to Turin as a solo traveler for a long weekend, and had booked a "Superior Single Room" for a good price - it was December so hardly peak-season.
The room was first-class - spacious and stylish with two small balconies overlooking the inner courtyard - not used that much given it 2 degrees but would be nice in warmer times.
Staff throughout were helpful... breakfast was fine
The location was ideal - very central.
All in all, an excellent experience and I would unreservedly recommend the hotel.
I loved this hotel! The staff was friendly and spoke English ( I'm a New Yorker) . The room was very chic with great linens, slippers and robes. Gorgeous bathroom, great concierge and live music in the lobby on sunday morning.
It was perfect.

This hotel is excellently situated right in the heart of the city close to many of the important landmarks and buildings, the top class shopping and eating and drinking venues. Its on a pedestrian street although some rooms overlook a busy road. Turin has a lot going for it, its very beautiful and it has loads to see and do. The river Po runs down one side of it and provides a welcome green space with pleasant riverside walks etc. All in all a great stay.

Right in the centre of town is the Piazza Castello, built in the 16th century and the former power base of the Dukes of Savoy. Nowadays, it is a large square in which pedestrians, cars, buses, and trams all vie for priority. In the centre of the piazza is a Roman gate, a mediaeval castle, and a baroque facade.
