I was very pleased with my stay here. Clean and spacious hotel. It was close to the mall, restaurants, stores, markets,etc. I could walk everywhere.

Good central, but quiet, location off the main road with easy access to many bars, restaurants and the beach. Very nice clean rooms, serviced every day. Reception/main entrance closes at 10pm but guests are provided with a key fob to gain entry after that.

Cheap and Nasty - get what you pay for

Pro: Cheap King size bed Location (walkable to Bangla and Jungceylon) Lady at front desk was very helpful Cons: Rooms were old and dated Key needs to be in for electricity to work - so you can leave things charging or have a room cooled whilst you are out Bathroom floor clogs and floods - no shower base so the entire bathroom floods No cooling in the foyer

While the hotel is a little run down, it’s also mega cheap, close to everything, on a quiet street so even when you want an earlier night and it’s still alive outside you can’t hear a thing. It was rare I had hot water but it was so humid and warm out that I never wanted a hot shower. There’s a 7/11 at the end of the road, shopping just round the corner, 5 minute walk to the beach and bangla road. If I was travelling last minute on a budget again, I would stay here again. The 2 ladies that worked there were courteous despite one of the ladies not knowing much English

Nice stay in patong.

I was very satisfied with my stay in casa jip guesthouse. Clean, quiet, nice owner. The room was big, nice bed and nice aircondition. The hotel was in a nice area , with walking distance to everything, and taxi/tuk tuk alower.

This property is cool. It is simple room for what you need. The owner and his wife are very nice and supper helpful. One of my problem was the wifi that it didn’t really work in the room, however, the owner suggested another room , but I was already settled in with my luggage in the room. I just used my data. Other wise, location is great and five minutes walk to the beach and restaurants.

Erstens ich kann die guten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Das Zimmer war OK. Das Badezimmer grauenvoll, nur kaltes Wasser auch zum Duschen. Dreckig, Toilettenspülung lief durchgehend. Viecher krabbelten rum. Der Empfang war freundlich. Aber länger wie 1 Nacht haben wir es nicht ausgehalten. Preis Leistung stimmt absolut nicht. Auch wenn in Thailand andere Verhältnisse sind wie bei uns, erwarte ich zumindest ein bisschen Sauberkeit gerade im Bad. Ab 22 Uhr ist keiner mehr vor Ort. Beim Check Out in der früh, musste das einzige Zimmermädchen den Check Out durchführen,weil die gute Dame schon gewusst hat ,was los ist. Für eine Nacht zur Überbrückung OK aber nicht länger!

Om du behöver ett funktionellt rum till ett relativt billigt pris så har du hittat rätt. Om du vill ha bekvämligheter och slippa små irritationer så är det nog fel hotell för dig. Mitt rum såg helt ok ut med liten balkong. Men, sängen var stenhård, wifi gick i princip inte att använda, lyhört, fick aldrig igång tvn och såg nån insekt springa förbi på väggen. Casa ligger en bit från vägen så inte så högljutt.
