After making a difference, relax in this newly remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath Phoenix vacation rental designed for comfort, convenience, and purpose. Sleeps up to six guests with a queen bed, two twin XLs, and a queen sofa sleeper. Enjoy a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and free parking—plus, it’s pet-friendly, private, and budget-friendly.

Guest Access
Guests enjoy private access to the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bath home. Entry is simple and secure with a self-check-in keypad. Free onsite parking makes coming and going easy. While there’s no yard or outdoor space, the home is fully detached for complete privacy.

This guest house is fully private with its own entrance, but please note there’s no yard or outdoor space. Guests may request a tour of Millennial Food Gardens (based on availability) to see how your stay helps fight hunger.

Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets are allowed with a $50 pet fee. Please register pets when booking. Pets must be house-trained, supervised, and kept off furniture and bedding. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets indoors and outdoors.

A wonderful place to stay! Very comfortable, well appointed, and exceptionally clean. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to highways, restaurants and shops. Spacious parking for two cars.It was our home base for visiting family in Sun City, going to the Pima Air & Space Museum in Tucson, seeing the cars at the Martin Automotive Museum in Glendale, and heading to Sedona. Easy to get to all of them!I wish there had been time to tour the Millennial Food Gardens that are supported by this rental. The local food banks are extremely lucky to get donations of fresh produce (especially since government programs supplying food pantries have been cut or eliminated). Clients at my local food pantry are ecstatic to receive fresh produce.Jeremy is a great communicator - the pre-checkin messages provided so much info and it there were any questions he responded promptly. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely do so whenever I return to the area.
