It'not a huge hotel. Rooms are clean. There isn’t a very large selection of dishes, which is actually a good thing. You can always choose between chicken, beef, or fish, with a couple of options for each. There’s also a selection of cold appetizers and desserts. The food is prepared quite carefully, and everything tastes delicious. Coffee is not disapointing as well. The staff are not intrusive. The hotel is situated close to the airport but there is no noise pollution. There were some entertainments, but I managed not to face them, which, I guess, is also a plus.

Warmly welcomed by the staff and was treated as part of the hotel's extended family by the managers and even the GM, Hassan. The service and food were of a very good standard. Even though the hotel had 100% occupancy, it was easy to get a table in the buffet and 3 special restaurants. There were many empty sunloungers available around the pools and on the beach. This was my third visit in 15 months and will be returning to celebrate Xmas and NY this year. I can't wait!!

Although it’s theoretically all inclusive, all the food was basically buffet and not that great and you could only eat during certain times and you could only get drinks during certain times and it is impossible to get even coffee before 7 AM without them trying to charge you an arm and a leg for it. And then be prepared ,the staff‘s gonna beg for tips constantly.

Family friendly hotel

Very good place specially beach, Marina and friendly staff. Snorkeling is great and if you’re lucky you can swim with turtles, dolphins. Animation team trying to make your stay perfect. All staff everywhere is friendly and supportive. Good can be much better regarding varieties and taste in the main restaurant. But in Italian restaurant was great. Aqua park is very good

Super Hotel!!

My second stay at Amarina Jannah this year. Loved it the first time, second visit was just as good, if not better. All the staff and managers were friendly and attentive to details. All were happy to chat to everyone.The buffet food was varied and well cooked. The a-la-cart restaurant food were a little bit 'special'. Definitely will return 2025 as I was treated as family not just another guest.

Great vacation with minor cons

Pros.: Check in was very quick and welcoming. Staff in all the premises are very friendly. Lunch and dinner was very tasty and had a good variety. Rooms are spacious, very clean and well decorated. Pools are nice but were able to swim within the heated one only due to cold weather during that week of my vacation. We didn't try the aqua park. Oriental desserts are really tasty. Hot and soft drinks are really well prepared. Cons: Breakfast needs a lot of improvement in quality and in variety. Worst quality of cheese they use. Western desserts needs a lot of improvement as well. Snacks needs to be improved. Having a live cooking station during dinner would be nice. Would definitely visit again hopefully they can fix those minor issues that can make a tremendous vacation

I’m currently staying at the Amarina Jannah, and with my vacation coming to an end soon, I couldn’t leave without sharing how grateful I am for this experience. 1- lifeguards who were Always alert, always attentive and even when some guests pushed the limits in the deep water, you stayed calm, professional, and focused on everyone’s safety. 2- all they day it doesn't matter where we were in the resort I always found someone smiling and asking if they could help. and check to make sure we’re comfortable and have everything we need. 3- The food experience was excellent and matches all tastes. The three specialty restaurants — Oriental, Italian, and Indian were absolutely lovely. I enjoyed every meal. 4- The sunbeds were one of my personal favourites. The built-in sun shades were perfect 5- Check-in was faster than expected, our room was prepared perfectly every day, and there were food and snacks available almost all day long. Plus, every day came with a new festival on the beach 6- And finally, it’s the small details that make this place feels like home. The beautiful selection of paintings, the genuine hospitality from every staff member, and the way everyone works together as one family. Even the terrace with its beautiful view became my favourite spot for morning coffee. I hope I didn't miss any thing I would definitely come back without a second thought, i didn't leave yet and i am already planning for my next one and I truly hope it always exceeds the already

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno piacevole e ne siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. La struttura si distingue per la sua atmosfera accogliente, che mette subito a proprio agio fin dal primo momento. Il personale merita un menzione speciale: disponibile, gentile e sempre pronto a venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti, ha contribuito in modo determinante a rendere il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. La cucina internazionale offerta dal ristorante dell'hotel ha saputo soddisfare ogni palato, con una varietà di piatti apprezzabili e ben curati. Pres de l'aéroport, personnel agréable et serviable, animations pour s'occuper, grande chambre agréable même si ce n'est pas un vrai 5* mais plutôt un 3* correct pour le prix. Hotel sympa pour se reposer dans un cadre exotique et bien disposé autour des piscines. A noter, des travaux autour donc parfois quelques bruits de construction car le secteur et une station balnéaire en développement. L'Egypte n'est pas un lieu d'une grande cuisine mais vous aurez de quoi manger malgré la répétition hebdo.

Spiaggia e pontile e punto mare ottimo con possibilità di fare bagno a riva. Bar della spiaggia chiude alle 5 pm e non puoi stare neanche seduto perché ti mandano via. Ristorante buffet internazionale si può migliorare. Ristorante italiano sempre pieno e solo su prenotazione ma anche prenotando in anticipo ti diranno "non c'è posto",ma poi ci passi e tavoli sono vuoti. Bar e cocktail veramente scarsi tutti. Piscine buone. Animazione ottima. Pulizia delle camere buona. Reception disponibile. Prezzi escursioni e trasferimenti cari , conviene prenotare con servizi esterni. Il resort si trova in mezzo al nulla ,non c'è neanche la strada asfaltata per arrivare ,all ingresso ci sono lavori ovunque, ma vicino l aereoporto. Le camera a dx del resort hanno al loro fianco una stalla con i cammelli che emana cattivi odori. Acquapark ottimo. Non c'è una vera e propria SPA ,fanno massaggi e trattamenti in due camere dell hotel , niente sauna, bagno turco stanza del sale ecc.. Struttura in generale bella ed accogliente con le misure giuste

Leider nicht das Hotel wo ich vor 3 Jahren war , große Lob auf Zimmer Service, ansonsten unmotivierte Mitarbeiter an Bar , ich bin eine sehr freundliche und großzügige Gast spricht Trinkgeld…. Das Essen auf Aquapark katastrophal 20 Minuten Wartezeit auf eine Pizza ! 15 Minuten auf Pommes ! 10 Minuten auf 2 Stückchen Waffel , wir waren 3x hier und werden wir nicht mehr kommen!!! Anlage ist super schön sauber, und schön angerichtet aber das war auch schon
