Stay Away, Run down, inoperative amenities!!!

Pros: NOTHING!!!!!
Cons: Renovate and repair facilities, replace staff with people dedicated to their job.
We booked this hotel based more on reviews than price and there were 4 things that we were looking for. 1, pool 2, Spa, 3, restaurant, 4, bar. NONE of these amenities were operational!! The staff seemed indifferent to the needs and concerns of the guests. Housekeeping apparently had better things to do than taking our dirty towels out of the room. When I talked with the hotel manager about these concerns she refused to "own" any of the concerns stated. Her position was, sorry but there is nothing I can do about any of this. If this is how Ramada runs a hotel, I'll be passing them over from now on.

Be careful with your credit card

Booked hotel through Expedia got to the hotel I then was told there would be a 150.00 hold placed on my credit card that take 10 business day before it would be released. Slept in connecting rooms with people who had a baby that kept crying. Breakfast was a joke eggs no meat only cereal, before you check out someone had to come a take a look at the room before they would release the 150.00 hold on your card felt like I was in prison I definitely will not be staying here again

Only one fault

Check-in was easy and the staff was wonderful. The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the surroundings were quiet. The only complaint is about the "breakfast". There was cereal, toast, and scrambled eggs. This is the first place I've stayed where they didn't offer fruit, muffins, bagels, or even instant oatmeal. I was surprised and disappointed. Lesson learned: ask what "breakfast" consists of before making reservations.

My whole week experience

It is one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed at! There is small black bugs everywhere in the bathroom and even when the cleaning service come they did not give a single*** about it. I will never go there again!

Dirty Room & do not look at the mattress!

Pros: The pool was old but it was big. Only plus to the stay.
Cons: mattresses were disgusting and the walls need to be cleaned. There were some very questionable stains on the walls in the restroom.
The rooms looked clean on the surface, however, when you look below.. it was pretty nasty. Had to look at 3 rooms. The 1st rm did not have adaquete air conditioning and the mattresses looked disgusting, with little red splotches and black grease stains the 2nd rm looked clean but found a bed bug in that room, 3rd rm was in better condition and the mattresses looked newer. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, in a room that was air conditioned by fans.. which in Mesa, in the summer is ridiculous. I will not consider staying here again.

Room not clean and accessories not working in any

Actually not working . Room was 80 degree. And carpet is dirty My room had no towels in it and took over an hour to get some.

Pros: The staff member at the front desk was extremely helpful.
Had to put down a $150.00 deposit that was to have been returned in two weeks. Still don't have it back one month later. Toilet overflowed on first use. No one available to fix it. Got a plunger from the front desk and fixed it ourselves, The carpet in the main room next to the bathroom was wet and the room smelled musty.
