Pros: The bar,
Cons: Up grade the room chairs and the ac.
Location: Went shopping and great food at the resort, also there was a park down the road that we visit also.
I had a great time although our first room we check into the toliet chain kelp falling off and the restroom door had a hole on the door. The second room the front desk put us into was very warm in there, so we left and got something to eat to cool off. We got back and tried to go for a swim but the pool was very cold the jacuzi lool alittle dirty. I enjoy my stay, John was nice at the front desk as well.

Pros: Good Parking
Cons: Better staff, working ac and a roll away bed when requested.
Requested a roll away bed, never got one, ac did not work and the help didnt seem to care one bit, I will never stay there again

Needs restoration and upgrade

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything.
Location: We stayed only the night - did not go anywhere.
The entire Inn is run down and in need of an upgrade. The room was shabby and needed a detailed cleaning. The fake leather cover on the desk chair was peeling terribly all over so I reported it to the front desk immediately we moved in so we would not be charged for the damage. Both ice machines were out of order, so the desk clerk had buckets of ice behind the counter. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. The bed was comfortable and the TV and WiFi worked okay. The staff members were pleasant.

The hotel could be a nice place to stay

The hotel room floor was dirty, our sons new white socks were stained after an hour of putting them on. The cleaning crew only cleaned the room once in our 6 day stay, the toilet overflowed, need a better variety for breakfast. We went to the lounge for live music and there wasnt any after they posted that there would be. The bar was very understaffed with little options for drinks. Why would you have taps on for beer and not have any kegs, so when you think you order pint of beer thinking its coming from a keg then shows up in a bottle tells me they have no idea what they are doing.

Good Location, Older Hotel

Pros: The employees were knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located.
Cons: The hotel is older. If you are looking for something sparkling new, this isn't it. Otherwise, it is a good hotel.
Location: The hotel is in a really convenient, central location. It is close to the airport, shopping and freeway access. The neighborhood seems safe.
This hotel is older, and it is showing its age in places. The room was mostly clean - there was a half empty two liter of Pepsi in the fridge - otherwise, no complaints. The decor in the room was dated but still serviceable. We visited during the winter, and the room was a little on the cold side. We tried to adjust the thermostat, but the vents blew cool air. The pool looks nice, but we didn't go in because it was pretty cold outside still. The free breakfast is good. They have a selection of cereal, toast, eggs, coffee, juice and milk daily. Every other day there was either sausage or potatoes. Overall, our stay at this hotel was pleasant.

Friendly staff, ugly rooms

Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: They should fully recondition the rooms. New carpets, paint, etc.
Location: Location was fine.
Our room looked like it needed a deep cleaning - marks on walls, stains on carpets. Our main issue was the dead insects found behind the bedside console we moved out to find an outlet for the phone chargers.
