Nice hotel with wide and quiet room.

Pros: Quiet and wide room.
Cons: More wall outlet for electricity to operate computer.
We found the hot water supply was not enough. The breakfast was adequate with delicious orange. Wish they could provide cooked oatmeal.

Just ok

The window in our room was partially shattered and many other maintenance issues existed. Expect to have to physically go to the front desk for any requests.

Nice option for the price. Room was comfortable and the hotel had good options for breakfast. The staff is friendly and will help you quickly if you need something. For the price point, worth the purchase.

What a dump.

Pros: Staff was friendly, but inexperienced. Breakfast was at least hot.
Cons: Remodel the rooms. Do a better job of cleaning. Thicker doors between rooms. Replace burned out corridor lights. Have some potatoes or bacon/sausage.
Checked in around 11:15 pm. Staff was friendly, but inexperienced and a bit scattered. Up to room on 2nd floor, exterior corridors, with light burned out right outside room, making it hard to see the lock. As it was, lock didn't always work anyway, even when the light was green we had to shove the door to get it to open. The walls of the room were solid concrete, with only a few outlets and in odd locations (halfway up the wall). Unfortunately, doors between rooms were very thin, allowing us to clearly hear conversations and TV in room next door - at 1:30 am. Carpet was very wet right outside the bathroom door, making me wonder if toilet had overflowed. Also had to wipe feces off the toilet seat (it was brown and on the seat, not sure what else it could've been!). The beds and TV were fine, and may have been recently replaced, but the rest of the furniture was OLD and tired. The breakfast is available in an old, closed restaurant onsite, and included eggs, but no potatoes or any meat. Also had waffles, cereal, juice. Seems like Ramada recently took over this location and they have a LOT of work to do. No WAY this a 3-star hotel. We would've switched hotels or at least requested another room if it hadn't already been so late.

Rude staff person

Our reservation didn't show up on the computer when we arrived. The young lady was very helpful but the guy kept telling me that I should have booked it through the hotel Website and not through expedia.

Nice location in the Phoenix area.

Pros: Quite
Cons: Nothing
All I need was a place to sleep only and the room met my need.
