Pool area was big and had enough space for the guests to lounge around. Didn't like - the road outside and walk towards the palace and museum felt unsafe with too many vehicles. Hotel spa prices were too high so we did not use.

The service here is phenomenal. So accommodating, especially with our one guest with food allergies. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they kindly held our baggage until we could take it hours after check-out. I would suggest this hotel to everyone who comes to Phnom Penh.
