Excellent room in a small courtyard. Lovely setting and pool. Use of gym and pool in sister hotel 5mins away was excellent.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff were the FRIENDLIST people I have ever met. Always smiling, it was impossible not to be happy. So accommodating too. We had a very spacious room, which was really clean. The pool area was really nice, and the pool was so refreshing after exploring the city. Great location for walking to all the must see spots.

Excellent stay. We upgraded to a Horizon room, which was spacious and with everything we needed. The Horizon lounge was comfortable and the food and drink was varied and delicious. All of the staff who we encountered were so friendly, helpful and could hold an interesting conversation.

I never usually bother to rate hotels, but The Pavilion is astonishingly good value for money. When I stupidly left some books behind during a hungover fug, the staff had them sent to Saigon for me the next day for the grand cost of US$3.

Great hotel on a quieter street in a lovely area just a few blocks from the Royal Palace. Staff were perfect. Huge rooms superbly appointed. Nice modern bakery/coffee shop

Loved our stay here, room and amenities were excellent. Very good value for money. Location was slightly out of town, however a quick grab in was easy and affordable.

Fantastic room overlooking the Indian

The staff friendly and very helpful. Excellent roof top restaurant and out side bar and probably the best view of the city. Food was excellent too and the whole experience was a total surprise. Stayed there eventually for 2 weeks when only planned one night. Rooms very good and comfortable. Fantastic place to stay and reasonable in cost compared to the branded hotels.

Perfect stay i enjoyed everything

A last minute addition to our holiday due to closing of water borders! But what a great hotel! Modern, chic, with an amazing rooftop infinity pool which has a large window in it! Wow! Funky loungers/beds that jut out into the pool. A great selection of cocktails available at the rooftop bar! Breakfast is served in the rooftop bar. What a way to start your day. A great view over the city. Plenty in the buffet, plus a choice of 3 cooked to order breakfasts! Comfy rooms with exposed...

The place looks awesome. Fantastic pool looking over the city. The room was large with a huge balcony, excellent bath and lighting from the starship enterprise. Staff were very friendly though seemed like they were still finding their feet somewhat, probably just because it was so new.
