Lovely hotel with beautiful lobby and reception. The rooms were very nicely done and the bathroom clean and updated. The only wish I had that the cafe would have been open during the day to get a coffee or a drink as the only food/drink service was breakfast.

The room, the hotel reception and the restaurant areas was constantly kept clean by hotel staff. Couldn't fault the hotel for this and their helpfulness throughout our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay, which I extended it twice... Definitely a hotel I would stay again in. The staff was very nice and friendly, very nice room, good internet, some English Channel on TV - roof top pool was nice, buffet breakfast very good. Royal Palace was 10-12 minutes walk, Aeon shopping mall 15-20 minutes walk, Naga casino 15 minutes walk, etc.

Apsor is a 5 minute ride from where the wide action is at { Riverside} which is a good thing for me. Tuk Tuks are cheap - keep it that way - 8000 riel { 2 bucks} is plenty for a fairly long ride. And as usual - keep your street sense on alert in any foreign city.

The room was clean, bright and comfortable. The bathroom had very nice towels, though no face cloths. The shower was great with plenty of hot water. Everything in the room worked. My only minor issue was the bed too firm for my liking. But I still managed to sleep fine. The food offerings at breakfast were very good, with very helpful and pleasant staff to help. The hotel is close to many tourist destinations: Royal Palace, National Museum, Sosoro Museum.

I stayed here for two nights plus an extra night. The room was spacious & clean, breakfast was not all that good. Not much to chose from etc.The pool was very small & bar was not operating. Also i was charged twice upon check out for the extra night booked. Expedia already charged me for the booking as this was booked online, & hotel ended up charging as well. Since i left Phnom Penh to Siem Reap now, there is no way to discuss issue for a refund. Overall not the best experience for $70 per night.

I found some staff very unfriendly and arrogant. Conditions were dirty and not maintained well. Flooring in my room was very water damaged and deteriorated . Stains on bedding. Stale smell in building.

The property itself is fine. However, I booked on the basis of there being a restaurant, bar, sky pool as were promised in the online listings. None of these services are currently provided - and it has nothing to do with covid restrictions which have been lifted. It’s simply dishonest and misleading advertising. Jag gick pÄ recensionerna dÄ jag bokade detta, och det skulle jag nog inte gjort. Lobbyn Àr mycket trevlig, och personalen serviceinriktad. LÀget Àr bra och relativt nÀra floden med gÄngavstÄnd till restauranger. Men, rummen var i dÄligt skick, fuktflÀckar i tak och pÄ vÀggar samt ingen stÀdning av rummet pÄ tre dagar. VÀggarna pÄ korridoren utanför hade ocksÄ fuktflÀckar och en mycket solkig heltÀckningsmatta. Kanske att det beror pÄ att det stÄtt tomt under covid-19, men detta var inte frÀscht. Ingen frukost, dÄ restaurangen var stÀngd. Jag rekommenderar att söka annat boende. Det kommer jag att göra nÀsta gÄng!

no restaurant, no roof top bar, room floors were dirty filth under the beds, windows and balcony could be be opened with a toothpick, reception never had currency to change to local currency, the pool is not a pool as it is only 12 inches deep which was fine as it was dirty overall 4 out of 10 would not recomend as it is a very tired property
