"We stayed here for several nights when running the Berlin Marathon and were very happy. We chose the hotel based on location to the start line in Tiergarten Park and price as well as favorable reviews. The property was very well maintained/new and rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was within walking distance from several monuments, the park, shops and restaurants/cafes. We had no trouble getting taxis to/from the airport and other parts of town. We ate breakfast there with friends one morning and the buffet was very nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Berlin and especially from the US like us!"

"One of the best located hotels we’ve ever stayed at. There’s a subway stop right outside, plenty of taxis available at all times and you’re just steps from Brandenburg Gate. It’s also very central, so walking elsewhere was easy and convenient. Staff was always available and attentive, rooms were beautiful and very spacious. Not a single thing I could complain about, if we ever end up back in Berlin we will absolutely stay here."

"Unfortunately, my recent stay did not quite meet expectations. The hotel is beginning to feel dated and in need of some updating and better overall maintenance. One of the biggest issues was the lack of manual AC control in the room. The temperature never felt properly cool or comfortable, which made the stay less relaxing than expected. The fitness facilities were also disappointing. Some of the gym equipment was not working properly, and the space looked quite different from the photos shown on the website. The pool was empty during my stay as well. Overall, the property has potential, but several areas currently feel neglected. With some updates, improved maintenance, and more attention to the guest experience, it could feel much more in line with the expectations created online."
