Host was attentive. The location of this property is in a very rough area and I don’t believe that is the host’s fault . We were led to believe there was parking available only to later be told we had to find a place on the street. We didn’t end up staying at this location and were unfortunately still charged full price. All the way around, it was a stressful and bad situation.

As cute as this place looks online on the inside. This place is not family friendly. My daughter and I could not stay there after the first night. This “downtown” apartment is in a very bad part of town. Where my daughter and I didn’t feel safe. The property owner knew I was bringing my daughter and should have stated as a responsible person that this was not the right place for us. Bad communication from the beginning (I should have cancelled then) but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. When I explained we didn’t feel safe at her place she refused to give us 100% of our money back. VRBO told me I should have done my research on the area. WARNING! If you are not used to being in a bad area please do not stay here!
