This space is LOVELY! However, I had to give my review for “cleanliness” 2/3 stars because there was no cleanup from the previous stay prior to my check-in. (I.e. used towels, leftover trash, beds not made, etc.) I definitely do want to give this property another chance as the location, interior, etc. are all gorgeous and the hosts were responsive. I didn’t want to cause any trouble during my stay since it was just me and there were some extra clean towels and one of the beds hadn’t been slept in. I was hardly there. (Also, I know this is located in quite an old building but the water pressure in the shower is quite light—more of a nit-picky thing from me.) I believe this is also a new listing so I’m willing to give some grace to the new hosts, for sure. Their space is beautiful and the next time I’m in Philly I will give this listing another try.

The place was clean, spacious, and in a perfect location. The artistic interior design was honestly incredible. The host communicated clearly and promptly — would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a stay in the area.
