Lovely little hotel with great service

A really lovely place to stay. The lady and her husband were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was spotless. Breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is out of the town so you’ll need a taxi everywhere. They do hire motorbikes for a small amount. The Jungle Huts are really lovely and are a great place to stay.

We feel so lucky that we found this little gem in Khao Lak. It offers both suites and villas, and is spacious and beachfront. The overall setting is romantically beautiful. We especially love the pool villas with the direct access to the main pool. The sun loungers are perfect for sunbathing, and we appreciate the in-room breakfast with its wide selection, from healthy to hearty options. We absolutely love this place and would definitely come back for sure.

We stayed here for 2 nights while in Khao Lak. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we were able to check-in a bit earlier as we were moving from our previous location. They also shared tips for Khao Lak and were available when needed. The room was very spacious and clean, looked very new as well (we were staying at Seashell house which is located 3 min walking from the main property). The area around is lively and full of shops and restaurants, as well as conveniently close to the beach....

I'm not normally one for writing reviews, however on this occasion it would be unfair to all the team there not to. I stayed here for 5 nights and couldn't find 1 single fault with anything, ALL the staff there are absolutely amazing, I wish I could take my staff there to demonstrate how customers/guests should be treated, regardless what position they hold there, they go out of the way to acknowledge you. This is a lovely 30 room boutique hotel, with the most amazing infinity pool. The staff are fantastic and cannot do enough for the customers, even to arranging free access to a gym nearby. The restaurant is a beautiful setting for a relaxing leisurely breakfast. If you want a relaxing holiday in a beautiful setting at a reasonable price, this is the hotel.

All staff friendly and welcoming, rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was great.

Central location close to the night market & boxing stadium. The restaurant serves exquisite Thai cuisine. Was ideal for ourselves as just an overnight stay while heading North.

We stayed at the property for two night. I’m really enjoyed our stay. The room was based over a leak where you could see lots of fish swimming around and we’re able to feed them. The host was very welcoming and went out the way to even give us a lift to the local bus station. They included breakfast menu was also really good and delivered on time. A beautiful hotel with amazing staff who did everything they could to ensure we had a lovely stay. The rooms and grounds are immaculate and the breakfast is probably one of the best we have had anywhere in the world. Very special!

Great hotel. Beautiful on the beach. All the Thai staff are excellent and are warm and welcoming. Good breakfast and pool snacks. Sassi's restaurant is very comfortable and nice in the evening. After a miserable bus ride, the staff here were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They dealt with are booking accidentally through two different sites and made us feel very welcome. We haven’t had this good of service for this rate anywhere in Thailand! Also - room, pool and beach are gorgeous!
