"My husband grew up in this part of Wiltshire and we were looking for a place where the four of us could spread out as we visited with family in the region. The instructions were clear and the house everything we expected from the photos. We bought some supplies in the Waitrose and Tesco nearby in Marlborough. The house had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and dinner. On arrival, we found the host had set out some fresh flowers and some treats (wine, cookies, and chocolates) which was a nice touch. The bathrooms were clean and we found the beds to be comfortable and we all slept great. We took advantage of the washer and dryer during our stay which helped us reduce the amount of luggage for our trip. Because of the weather we didn’t get to fully enjoy the garden but for anyone that wants to walk in the downs, this house is in a great location."

Small kitchen with no space to store food except the fridge but there are Chinese, Indian , pizza, and bakery within less than 5 mins walking distance and all are recommended, also a couple of pubs and 2 supermarkets. Comfortable beds and quiet location. Plenty of room to park the car."
