"Really great little place to stay, nice rooms"

"This old coaching inn is a wonderful mixture of old and new. Due to lots of steps it is not accessible for people who have mobility difficulties. The breakfast was cooked to order, which was really nice, and the service was good. The spa facilities are excellent and well worth a try. There's a great Italian restaurant just round the corner if you fancy a meal out too."

"The staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were individually quaint but could probably benefit from modernising. The area was scenic and quiet. Would see it more as a 3 star hotel instead of 4."
