Excellent stay and very helpful staff all around.

We had a room on the lower floor with doors out to a patio and table and chairs. Room was excellent. Large spacious bathroom with large shower and separate deep bath. Room was spotless and could not fault anything.

Great hotel alwats love coming here. Changed alot since COVID, clean rooms, sanitiser stations everywhere and excellent parking. I will be back!

We visited Norwood Hall the week before our son's wedding. The receptionist was very helpful and asked if we would like to see the wedding reception area and ballroom. We were impressed at the ambience and the standard of décor . Following the visit I had to phone a couple of times to confirm early check in was available and to ask for a cot to be put in the junior suite. The receptionist was so polite and helpful. Lovely hotel. Pleasant and helpful staff. The hotel was very quiet whilst I was there but I believe that was due to some guests isolating on upper floors. The food menu was very limited with not much choice and there was no where else nearby to eat. However that said the food that was available was very good.

Attended an event at the hotel and then stayed the night. Room was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice in the bar and not silly prices. Breakfast was excellent, as were the views.

A first class, really different B&B. Lovely old building filled with amazing furniture and a lovely collection of quirky items, both inside and outside the house. Beautiful spread of continental breakfast items, plus a hard to beat cooked Scottish breakfast, the plates full of good quality local produce. Nice hotel with nice staff that go out of their way to look after you.

Recently built so in excellent condition. Staff very friendly, helpful and always available although the restaurant was closed as it was Christmas day, but the menu looked good. Nice atmosphere in the public areas and the room was a really good size with excellent lighting. Overall I was very happy with this hotel.

Don't be put off by the look of the building as the inside is very nice and well maintained. We booked a double room and actually were given a family room, therefore the room was very spacious. It was also very clean with shampoo, conditioner, flannel, sewing kit etc. Very impressed with the complimentary hamper including water, chocolate, crisps and biscuits. A basic business stay.

Warm and friendly hosts nothing too much bother yummy breakfast the rooms are immaculate….. cosy comfy beds what else could one ask for???? I added another 2nights to my booking as didn’t want to leave
