Major construction being done on the hotel. We were not notified before purchasing. Wire hanging on front of our door. Banging and construction all afternoon. No housekeeping. Bathtub didn’t drain.

Looked good online. Showed up and it was under construction. Garbage everywhere. Dumpsters. The front desk guy didnt know what he was doing. He was confused like he forgot he was running a hotel. The guy before us looked beside himself. They told us they didnt have the room we booked. Didnt offer a discount for the inconveinance of not knowing what to do or where to put us or even how to us to our room. Get to the room thats supposed to be nonsmoking and it reeked of smoke. The door didnt seal when you shut it so we were worried we'd have to sleep with our door open all night. The bathroom shower and toilet was dirty. Not cleaned in a long time dirty. No towels. The water from the sink didnt come out. No garbage can. The top comforter was all tore up and looked like burns were on it from cigarettes. No lights except from the bathroom. We were scared the car wouldn't be there when we woke up. We couldn't check out fast enough. The new guy at the desk didnt even look up when we came in. Just said "bye dog." What a horrible place. Would not reccomend. Hopefully this place gets it together.

What leaking from toilet. Given a tiny bar of soap. Tub is dingy. I can’t wait to get up and drive home so I can shower. I’m too tired from visiting a wedding to go search for a different hotel.

This was a very convenient area to get in and out of by lots of food choices and stores! Came to town for our first time at the state fair and it did not disappoint. The hotel itself was a little outdated but there was zero issues! Would recommend this hotel to anyone passing though! We will be booking a longer stay next year when the state fair returns!

The room is fine. Its not the newest or most modern, but I serves the needs of a clean place to stay. TV didn't work well, but that is not a deal breaker either. Pool for the complex was not open, that would have been nice for this past weekend.
Staff was friendly and helpful. I would have no issue staying here again on a business trip.

This property is under new management who has been unwilling to respond to my request. The staff has been delightful but it appears the new ownership, Marguesh, is unresponsive.

I stay here often for Dog Shows at the fairgrounds. Michelle is the most amazing person. She greets me ever time I check in and is so accommodating. The gore is older but kept in good condition for the most problem. I will continue to stay here on my trips.

Front desk was very rude .
Room had no bath towels.
Had to go back to front rude desk. After all that the second night into my stay I found 2 bugs ALIVE in my room . Tried to call front desk zero answer …
Never again will I stay at a Motel 6 and that's sad to have to say because my entire AKC (American Kennel Club) stay at these hotels for traveling due to the fact we can bring our pets. Now Red Roof will be getting our business.
Got caught in spring break traffic & needed a place to rest our head. It was clean, friendly and served our need.

They were nice and let me check in a bit early which was very helpful. Please note if you stay here you need to ask the front desk for a hair dryer. Also there was no shampoo or coffee maker in the room. You can hear the interstate noise all night, sadly.

I only stayed one night as a stopover on my trip. The room as clean, the TV and refrigerator worked. The motel was very accommodating allowing my three little dogs. My dogs enjoyed their stay and got some rest before we continued on our trip.

Bed was too soft but hard to complain about much else for 50$ a night :-). The AC temperature was hard to adjust. The soap was nice to have.

thank you for ll when you took motel microwe from room at your work place that ok and when we say please keep room clean so that reason you put this lie story. your room was like trash every day and we clean very good ans still you all 4 people put the food and mud in all room and floor plus we say no cooking and still you people cook everytime and gresse oil all over table
Very run down! Stay away!! Dead roaches in the floor! Checked the mattress for bedbugs they were black. We got a refund and left!! This use to be our favorite place to stay every year that we came to Perry. We haven’t been in a few years. Wasn’t expecting it to be in this shape at all!

Terrible! Unless you like to share a room with cockroaches. We stayed there on our way to Florida. When we arrived to our main destination we washed all our clothes and cleaned out our suitcases/bags. So gross! Not to mention the room was old, beat up and dirty.
