"It was a good stay. The hotel is starting to show its age (older furniture, outdated bathroom fixtures etc), but it was still a very nice experience. The lobby is gorgeous and it truly feels grand. Breakfast was excellent, our room was in a quiet part of the building so sleeping in silence vs hearing traffic was great. Location of the hotel is wonderful, super close to Vienna Opera house and central city. Would stay again."

"A/C & Heater wasn’t working. Only AC. Room was cold. When I raised it with staff. They left a space heater in the room. So room would go hot then cool at night depending on what was on. Raised it two times with staff in first couple of days. They said they would deal with it. Never did. Never said a word to me again. Otherwise great large room and great location."
