"This property has so much potential and I really hope the owners are able to make it everything it could be. Unfortunately at the moment there's a lot of room for improvement and the price didn't reflect that. The cleanliness level was not brilliant and the space was extremely cold. You are provided with a small gas heater, however it simply isn't capable of heating the space on a cold night. The bedding is summer weight, and there is no insulation, so the cold really bites. "This was my second time to Penrhos and this is rapidly becoming one of my favourite places to stay. The level of finish in the accommodation is exceptional and the attention to detail such as board games, items in the kitchen and basic supplies such as milk and butter are lovely touches. "Absolutely faultless. We went as a group of friends to spend a long weekend away and we couldn't have stayed in a more perfect and serene lodge. We were fully equipped with everything we needed. Charlie, the host, paid us a visit to introduce herself on the Saturday and was really friendly. The hot tub was the absolute highlight. Overall, the perfect stay for a group of friends looking for a getaway. Thoroughly enjoyed and would 100% consider coming back"

"Lovely location, very spacious property with amazing spaces. Kitchen spacious and well equipped. Beds comfortable. bathrooms good. Great bonus as it wasn’t exactly “flaming June” was the snooker table, especially for the youngsters , there were many challenging matches! Outside facilities were great but because of the weather not uses apart from table tennis and basketball net. Plenty to see and do only a short drive away."
