3 Bedroom Beach House with Pool, Boat Dock, and Pet Friendly

  • Find your ideal seaside retreat at our three-bedroom house in Perdido Key. Nestled just a short walk from the stunning Perdido Key Beach and the serene Gulf Shores Beach, this property offers a prime location for your next beach vacation. Bay access with boat slip.

    As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, and all the essential appliances you need to whip up delicious meals. Gather around the dining table or enjoy al fresco dining on the balcony, taking in the breathtaking ocean views.

    Unwind in the cozy living area, where you can curl up by the fireplace or enjoy a movie night on the smart TV with satellite/cable channels. Refresh in the 2.5 bathrooms, stocked with towels and basic toiletries, and take advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay.

    Outdoors, you can splash around in the inviting outdoor pool (shared only with the other unit in the duplex) or explore the nearby Gulf State Park, just a 6-minute drive away. The famous Flora-Bama is also just 5 minutes away! With free Wi-Fi, a garage for parking, and a selection of games and a DVD player, this vacation home has everything you need for a memorable coastal getaway.

    This is the west side of a duplex. In the months of June and July, we rent the entire house out as one unit. If you'd like the entire house - please reach out to us to see if we can accommodate.

Outside garbage cans must be taken to the end of the driveway Wednesday morning
Do Not adjust pool pump settings. Pool is cleaned every Saturday mornings. Pool cleaning day can be changed without notice.
Since this house is a duplex with a shared pool, please be respectful of other guests. Pool is only shared within the duplex.
