Beachfront 1BR @ Phoenix X • Sleeps 4 • Gulf Views & Next to Flora-Bama

10/10 Excellent

"Clean condo, easy to speak with host, beach view is amazing, pool hot tub and other amenities excellent. I guess because of spring breakers, the whole wrist band requirement is a bit over the top in late October. And if you smoke, don’t count on smoking on your balcony even though it IS outdoors. Smoking area is a 1 mile hike (exaggerating but it is really far, especially if u like to smoke with ur morning coffee.) Aside from those personal complaints, the property is amazing and really does the trick if you need a “resort” get away. It has everything, Would consider staying again-with a couple of exceptions…."

Slow Mo 17AD-Beautiful Beach Cottage @ the Purple Parrot Resort/Perdido Key FL

10/10 Excellent

" An Amazing Family Getaway! We had a wonderful stay at Paradise Point in Perdido Key! The house was perfect for our large family, accommodating everyone comfortably, including 13 children from age 17 all the way down to our littlest ones at just 1.5 years old. It can be challenging to find a place that works so well for multiple generations, but this house truly met all of our needs.Everyone loved the pool and hot tub, and especially enjoyed fishing, kayaking, seeing dolphins and the short walk to the beach to watch the sunset! The house was well stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay easy and relaxing. There were also plenty of great restaurants nearby, although we enjoyed cooking many of our meals at the house.Paradise Point provided the perfect setting for our family to spend quality time together, make wonderful memories, and enjoy everything Perdido Key has to offer. We were very happy with our stay and would absolutely recommend this property to other families looking for a fantastic vacation spot!"

"Had a great fall break. Proper was wonderful...clean, well kept, new and updated. Chairs and umbrella provided by owner was very nice. We came in the day after Hurricane Isaias and the owner kept us informed and updated on the conditions of the property and area. When we come back to Perdido Key we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this property for a vacation spot."
