This house was absolutely amazing. Location was perfect. There were a couple of minor issues but Tim was there promptly taking care of them. I will be staying here again. Absolutely beautiful.

Clean, comfortable beds/couches and great location. Nice space for our large family. There was no welcome information(example: how to use the spa) no coffee, no extra bedding, no hair dryers. Communicating with the company was very confusing as it was not through VRBO app.

Overall this was a very good experience. The price was on the higher side of things, but we had 16 people in our group. There was more than enough room for everyone. The kids spent a lot of time at the private pool, which was nice. The only real issues was the lockbox when I checked in, my code would not work. I called Pointe South and the lady helped me right away to get it unlocked. Highly recommend, great location.

The property was nice and large but there were a few issues. It does not appear that it gets rented very often. The faucets sputtered when we first used them, and there was nothing in the kitchen - no salt/pepper - nothing. That was a bit unusual. Also, no wine glasses. Lastly, there was not enough seating for everyone. In a house that sleeps 16 there were not enough spots for everyone to have a meal together. We had to eat in shifts. Also, with the property being so big, there were not enough sofa or comfy seats for everyone to gather together.
