When we called to the front to get towels they made us come all the way down to get them. At this point we had been driving all day and We had to get up early the next day because we were seeing doctors at nemours children’s hospital! We were in the room about an hour and I had hopped in the shower (after I had scrubbed it myself) and the fire alarm goes off. I had to jump out grab my son and my sister grabbed all of our stuff. I was drenched and my son was screaming crying because he didn’t know what was going on! When we started to head down the stairs the lady stopped us and said “no don’t go down stairs. Someone is just smoking in there room!” She didn’t check on the that! She just assumed! And wouldn’t let us come down the stairs! It took me 3 hours to calm my son down! I would never recommend this property to anyone ever!!!"
