"Abigail at check-in was so cheerful and very informative ! She explained everything about the hotel and our surroundings! It was our first trip to Pensacola Beach and our stay was excellent in all areas of cleanliness including our room and getting extra towels ect. Every person that works there was always nice and going above in asking did we need anything! We will definitely stay there again and recommend it highly!!! Thanks to everyone for enjoying your job! "We loved this hotel. The breakfast was excellent. The beds were comfortable, clean, and dry. There was no mold or strange smells. The linens were clean but not perfumed. I’m very sensitive to smells and allergens so this was a delight!"

The room was spacious, as we were accommodating five people.The food choices were diverse and the pool areas were laid out beautifully. The live music by the pool was such a a nice touch, and there was any activity one could want by the water.
