"Lovely staff. Dark, moody aesthetic is on brand but may not appeal to all. Pool is small with limited lounge chairs but glad it was an option in a center city hotel. Great location, quick valet, love the chocolate truffles."

"Gorgeous lobby and grounds, welcoming front desk and valet attendants, and beautiful, clean rooms. We had arrived a couple hours before check-in and asked to drop off our bags, and they did even better by offering to check us in early! Loved having multiple chilled water stations to fill our water bottles and plenty of comfy sitting areas so I could escape with my coffee and laptop early in the morning while the rest of the family slept in. Coffee/espresso machine in the room was top notch and plenty for me, but specialty coffees could also be purchased at the on-site cafe where pastries, breakfast sandwiches, yogurt and fruit were available on the go. Overnight parking does not allow for in/out privileges, but the inn is so close to everything, we never needed to move the car. Truly a wonderful place to stay!"

"Overall, a very nice experience. Was disappointed that there wasn't a fridge in the room that could actually be used and that there wasn't any drawers. Also, the TV signals were often too weak to watch basic cable channels like ESPN. But the room was very nice otherwise and we enjoyed our overall experience. I would definitely recommend."
