Tamara was very nice to us, accommodated our request to extend our stay, called us to help to find the house and walked us through getting inside since we arrived late at night. The property is within a lovely community. It is very safe, we made many friends there at the swimming pool. They have super nice and clean pool, we enjoyed it a lot. "Easy checkin process and friendly staff. Areas around back of hotel with dog poop stations. Easy parking. Hotel is being renovated and even the folks doing the renovations were very friendly to me while I went around them while they worked. They stopped doing updates by 6pm so it was not an issue."

Mother's Day weekend stay

"My sister & I stayed at the Woodlands as we did not want to travel the 1 hour plus home after the concert at the Mohegan Sun center. We had an early check-in time which allowed us to have an early dinner before the show in the Japanese restaurant in the Woodlands. Fortunately, The Woodlands is only a 10 minute car ride from the Arena!! This made the trip to and from so easy! After the show, we stopped in the sports bar for a late-night snack of wood-fired pizza and some adult beverages! One big surprise was as we were heading to our room around 12:30-1 am, a member of the housekeeping staff got on the elevator with us! In all of my travels, never have I encountered housekeeping staff at that time of night - a nice surprise! The room was clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean - everything that makes a trip a success! Staff was helpful and friendly. I would definitely book another stay at The Woodlands if the need arose, and would recommend it to friends and family . Overall, a very successful trip! "
