"The Swinomish Casino & Lodge was clean and staff was friendly. The only problem we had was the last night of our stay a loud buzzer started going off every 2 to 4 minutes making it impossible sleep. At 1am my husband went to the lobby and spoke to the night manager. He was told they were aware of the house and the room below us were also but they've been unable to find the source. By 4am we gave up on getting any sleep and left the hotel. The hotel said they would have comped us the room but couldn't because we didn't book the room with them directly."

"The front desk attendant Susan was not pleasant to deal with. Told us our room was not ready when we first arrived. We took a trip into town then came back later. At this time she told us our room was ready which turned out not to be true. Tried to put us in a room with 2 double beds. This was not what I reserved. When we went to that room initially thinking it was a king bed room, the room was not cleaned, there were 2 double beds. We then went back to the desk and let the front desk attendant Susan know that was not the room I reserved and that it was not ready. She also was not very helpful in directing us to the room or the elevator when she finally did give us the right room. All we got was its around the corner. Ok which corner. By the time we got settled into our room our frustration factor was higher than it should have been. The tv in the room also did not work. Overall nice little place but I will not stay there again. One time was enough for US."

"Great view, used the laundry room which was well priced. Breakfast was ok, but the view, the jacuzzi, and the bed was very worthwhile! Totally recommend this place. Only thing I'd caution was we didn't notice any warnings about steps and access for people that need handicapped access. They do have rooms for that, but make sure you call and request one when ya book! Ours was downstairs and didn't look like they had any way for someone with a disability to access. We were fine, but if we traveled with family, it would've been a point of contention."

"The view was beautiful. The hospital helicopter pad was quite noisy. I respect that this hotel / Castle is quite old, but the hallways were very noisy. The stairs were creaky. The elevator was extremely loud and the helicopter pad of the hospital next-door also woke me up several times in the middle of the night. There was also a loud humming that came from the hotel room fridge. Overall, it was a good stay, but not excellent. I wouldn’t stay again."
