"Slightly tired property but the staff were delightful and could not do enough. Food was remarkably, drinks choice extensive and atmosphere in the bar and dining area wonderful. Would certainly book here again"

"The Slate was a beautiful B&B, the room was very comfortable. Bed was really comfy, quilt and pillows just perfect. Towels were so soft and fluffy, The food was lovely and the staff very helpful. Shout out for Rachel and Ashton, absolute gems and the proprietor should recognise the staff for their fab customer service. Parking was great and the ease of check in and check out couldn't have been any easier."

"Nice location. room was nice, but had a broken toilet seat. Restaurant not so clean"

"Clean compact room - accessed by a small staircase. The building is an old property in an elevated position and we had a great Seaview over the pier. We didn't stay for Breakfast but did eat in the restaurant which was good. All the parking spaces were taken by the time we arrived but there were spaces on the road leading to the pier car park so didn't cause an issue. I would stay again."
