"A very homely cottage in a quiet setting just what we as a family wanted and got . The cottage itself had everything that you would have at home which you wouldn’t get in a hotel. Cottage had 3 bedrooms each with un suite bathrooms which certainly is helpful when everyone was getting ready to go out at the same time . We as a family wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this cottage."

"From when we first drove upto Dragonstone the house was beautifully presented. Inside was no disappointment, the layout was perfect for the 11 of us without us feeling on top of one another. There is everything you could possibly need available brilliantly equipped house. Kathryn was a brilliant host and answered our queries promptly. This house and Kathryn come highly recommended, if you want a stress free break with a stunning view."

"The hostess and property manager were most attentive to my needs. It made my situation of looking for permanent housing a whole lot less stressful. Because of every little detail in the holiday let being taken care of, it helped me to relax and have no worries about my short term housing. The cherry 🍒 on top of the 🧁 cake was the beautiful views of the sea , the sound of the sea and daily walks either on the beach or on the pathway right next to the beach!"

"What a excellent place to stay, very relaxing….was amazing sitting in the hot tub under the trees in the nature…..the little waterfall and constant sound of the water very relaxing….sauna excellent, hosts excellent would highly recommend if you want to relax also some excellent walks nearby thanks for having us see you again "

"Relaxing family stay with our two elderly chocolate Labradors. The accommodation is excellent. Lots of kitchen equipment. Plenty of hot water for the morning showers. Games and jigsaws supplied in the living room The alpaca was a welcome addition. All in all a relaxing stay. Would recommend."

"The barn is very well equipped and felt like home. Situated on a small holding very close to the Black Mountain and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The kids enjoyed cuddling the baby lambs. Woyld highly recommend for a break in the Brecon Beacons."

"4 friends stayed in & enjoyed the cottage. Lovely cosy feel, especially with the fire going. Used the BBQ hut too, lovely idea as can have a BBQ even in the rain - could do with a bit more light in there though as when it got dark cooking would’ve been close to impossible had we not used the torches on our phones. Would defo come back & stay again"

"Really beautiful property with a great cosy feel to it. The fireplace was great at keeping the house warm and toasty. Kitchen is well stocked and the sound of the stream near by was lovely! The road going up to the property is a bit challenging so something to be mindful of with your vehicle. Very remote but a small village is a 15 minute drive away. The listing says there is a hot tub but they are just regular bath tubs - still great and relaxing! Just no jet element to them."

"What a fantastic stay to celebrate my Dads 80th Birthday, beautiful house with fabulous views! Kitchen and the whole house was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Booking process seamless we even had a few bizarre queries (recent hip surgery) and nothing was too much trouble! A great home to celebrate with family and friends, perfect location plenty to do within walking distance, we didn’t use the car, as weather not the best but a pleasure to eat, relax and socialise together...

"Lovely cottage but on a noisy road. Beautiful garden. Everything we needed including food essentials on arrival. Bonus to be able to park off road at the end of the garden. What puts us off staying again however was the bedding. Did not smell clean and fresh, pillows old, flat and stained, duvets the same. No smell of fresh laundry. We bought some pillows at Tesco on the first day as we didn't want to use those supplied."

"This was a very comfortable and warm stay for us, over the Christmas holiday. The house is spacious, with quite fun sleeping arrangements, including a loft mezzanine, and inbuilt bunks for the kids. The photos are very accurate to how we found it, and we particularly loved the spectacular living room and traditional dining room, for family time together. The kitchen was equipped with all that we needed, it is on the older side, but like with the rest of the house we appreciated the charm of it!...

"A few leaflets about the area would have been good. We found the library on the day it was closed which may have helped. Another toilet upstairs in the house would have been useful, but generally the house was very comfortable .was"

"Lovely comfy spacious lounge/dinning room with plenty of comfy seating for large family. Bedrooms spacious with comfy beds. Modern well equipped kitchen. Large outdoor enclosed back garden with decked area, lawns and mature trees and shrubs. Would have been perfect except for the bathroom space: one bathroom converted to disability shower and a strange shower in a cupboard by the front door; a leaking radiator; rotting decking; and a washing machine that you couldn’t use the dispenser as it was...

"Stay was wonderful and we were very pleased with the presentation of the property and were not disappointed. There were a couple of fixtures which need attention, and would have liked the hot tub to have had a constant bubble setting, but other than that had a wonderful stay. We were very impressed by the letting agents communication and efficient reply to our queries."
