"Nice place and convenient to Zona Rosa, and an easy Uber ride to most of the city. Staff is mostly friendly, but they have an absurd rule that charges you about 250 pesos if you bring a visitor to your room, even for a visit during the day! I hired a massage provider to come to my room during the day, and the clerk wouldn't let her in unless I paid this stupid fee. It was embarrassing and poor customer service to nickel and dime like that. I've traveled the world and never before discovered such a policy. They guy even confirmed he would charge the same fee if my buddy and I took a couple Coronas up to the room to hang out. How stupid!"

"I like the location, very close to Polanco and in an area where uber drivers can come fast. The room was clean and comfortable, but did not feel very safe, the room was in the 1st floor and the window had no lock and was easily accessible from the hallway, no way to lock it, just close it. The front door had difficulty locking as well, although I managed to lock it. The shower looked remodeled but not very nice, no towels were in the room,"
