My stay at this hotel was amazing. The staff was professional, helpful, and friendly —an exceptional experience. The concierge was very helpful providing excellent recommendations and great directions for getting around the city. The restaurant was great and had a nice selection of dishes; the food was delicious with perfect portions, and the waitstaff provided excellent service. The room I stayed in was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained at all times, and had a spectacular view of Chapultepec Park.
