The hotel Ambulan and the hotel chain have beautiful facilities, very well kept and clean. The room is spacious and the bathroom fabulous. I highly recommend this hotel. They could have a better breakfast or restaurant but other than that I give them a 4.9/5 I loved it

The property is cozy, modern, spacious room, and very friendly reception staff. An occasional downside is the loud noise from neighboring restaurants on Friday late in the night.

Lovely boutique hotel with amazing team starting with Daniel who helped with check in. Location is fantastic with several dining options next door; all in walking distance to major cdmx landmarks like El Angel and the entertainment district.

Ambulance was a great choice is located not too far from the angel and located on a busy street filled with restaurants and vendors. The famous park is a few minutes walk. I always felt safe in my room and with the staff. Breakfast has options and is delicious for a boutique hotel!!

This hotel is located in the business district. The front desk staff person Gerardo was very friendly. The room I was given was quiet. My main issue was that the air conditioner was not working in the room so I felt quite warm. It would also be better if they did not spray the rooms with artificial fragrances.

I had a wonderful stay here and highly recommend it! The overall experience was incredibly pleasant, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. I always like staying near La Condesa when visiting Mexico City, and choosing this highly-rated spot was the perfect decision. I traveled with my two adult children, and they loved it just as much as I did. Our room was kept perfectly clean, and the staff quickly accommodated every request we had. On top of the fantastic location close to everything, they provide a lovely complimentary morning breakfast with coffee, fresh fruit, and yogurt. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. One of its biggest advantages is the location, as it is centrally located and close to almost all the main attractions. There are also many restaurants within walking distance, making it very convenient to find great places to eat. The staff was always friendly, courteous, and willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The main issue was that the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. We reported it to the front desk, but unfortunately the problem was never resolved during our stay. In addition, the breakfast could be improved, as the variety of options was quite limited. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent location and friendly service, but improving room maintenance and expanding the breakfast selection would make the guest experience much better.
