Secrets Mallorca Villamil Resort & Spa -Adults Only - Hyatt Inclusive Collection

8/10 Good

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The welcome was warm, check in was smooth (Cava offered!) plus we were upgraded to a larger room. We’d booked a sea view room anyway and were not disappointed, by the lovely view over the bay from the balcony. Our room (231) was immaculately clean, and bright. We really loved it, and the staff were really lovely, and very helpful - across the board. We didn’t eat at the hotel restaurants as seemed very expensive to us, but there are plenty of very reasonable eateries along the sea front. Particularly recommend Robinson’s House and Beech Club. BUT, we did have breakfast, and this was fantastic! Great selection plus cooked to order omelettes, eggs and coffee on tap. Couple of things I would mark down however: we visited in late October, and the weather was great. But, whilst we’re not talking mega high temperatures (c. 23-25 degrees) the room got warm. However, the AC had stopped working on about day 3. When we queried this, we were told it was for seasonal reasons - I guess they turn it off at a certain point in the year. It wasn’t ideal, but we were offered a fan or another room with independent AC. We stayed put. The other thing that irritated me, the mini bar fridge. It was noisy and kept me awake. In other hotels, the mini bar fridge is usually in a cupboard and very much quieter. Would be good if Hotel Villamil could do the same. Overall though, a really nice hotel and we’ll stay again!"

Hotel Balear

8/10 Good

"The staff was very pleasant and the hotel was clean. Parking was a challenge. The price did seem a bit high but the lobby was beautiful but the rooms more basic"

tent Playa de Palma

Palace Bonanza Playa Resort & SPA by Olivia Hotels Collection

10/10 Excellent

"We had a great four nights. Staff were great and the hotel is great for exploring Palma, the bus stops outside the hotel. It was righthand the end of the season but you wouldn't have known."

Hotel Isla Mallorca & Spa

10/10 Excellent

"This is a perfect little oasis in the heart of Palma. Conveniently located walking distance to dozens of bars, restaurants, markets, the harbor, cathedral, and much more. The pool area and bar were especially great during our stay. We splurged on a superior room with balcony for two nights and were not disappointed. Staff are friendly and accommodating and our room was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying here!"

FERGUS Club Europa

10/10 Excellent

"Lovely hotel very clean and staff friendly pool areas were kept clean as were other areas and food was lovely loads to chose from and plenty of it"

HM Palma Blanc Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We had a fabulous stay at HM Palma Blanc Hotel & would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a base in Palma. We stayed for our wedding anniversary & had just one night but an early flight out then a late flight home the following day. When we arrived, we were able to use all of the facilities immediately even though our room wasn’t quite ready (which we weren’t expecting it to be so this wasn’t a problem). We left our luggage with the concierge & changed in the spa (which looked fab, but we didn’t use it this trip). The rooftop pool was amazing & the loungers & daybeds were really comfy. Drinks at the bar up there were reasonably priced too. We spent time exploring the city & this hotel is in a great location - it’s only 15 minutes or so to the Cathedral & close to the popular tourist sites. All of the staff we encountered were friendly & helpful, the room was lovely & I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palma."
