I also liked this place because it could accommodate parking easily and was quiet compared to what I read you might encounter with other properties in downtown Newport. Large kitchen perfect for cooking a couple meals a day. Great food in the area. Short drive to Newport for activities with the kids. Would highly recommend for those traveling to the area."

It is right near the downtown so you can walk anywhere and it is super convenient. I highly recommend booking here and Ann is so kind, flexible, and responsive! 10/10 would stay here again!!"

"Great home - beds are super comfortable. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked. The only issue were 1) location - not close to beach and parking was impossible 2) construction on property took away the advertised screened in porch which could have been a children’s bedroom 3) carpeted kitchen??? When they do finish the house - it will be beautiful"
