Location was fantastic and beautiful classic hotel with helpful staff. The pool/garden arrangement is odd and dated (and costs €30 a day if not included) not being able to access the promenade directly from the hotel was frustrating - a huge missed opportunity for them not to open all that up as restaurant/bar - I would flip the pool to the terrace! Anyway it was good and would go again

A beautiful traditional Swiss hotel, perfectly positioned in Gstaad to explore the town and the surrounding area. Railway station and buses within a stone’s throw. Three great options to eat Chinese, À la carte and Pizza. Swimming pool and spa, a very useful addition to relax and unwind. Breakfast, a very good selection and items cooked to order as well as the usual meats and cheeses with wonderful breads and croissants. Lovely room with balcony and Mountain View.

it's was really nice and beautiful hotel with stunning river view . quite location and conviennent . may come back again if come to this part of switzerland . for me personally , the mattress is the room is a bit hard . if softer will be more comfortable . but everything else was what i needed.

Wonderful hotel full of charm and character, rooms were very nice and well equipped. Motorcycle parking was very good and a safe location. Restaurant very popular locally and a good menu. Stayed two nights and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and accommodate any needs. Good breakfast and excellent location. Out door thermal spa 5mins walk as was the cable car station. Highly recommended this hotel.

A big thank you to everyone at Alaia Lodge for such a warm welcome. We came here on a father/son golf trip we had wanted to do for many years and we chose to stay at Alaia because of its convenient walking distance to the golf course, and it proved to be a wonderful choice. Hotel Victoria is around a 3 minute walk from Glion station (cog train from Montreux train station which takes around 12 mins). Stunning views from our lakeside room. Room 3 has an interconnecting door to Room 2 and is not particularly well soundproofed. Due to health issues with our neighbour, little sleep was had on the first night.
