Hotel is in a very convenient position as a sports fan all i need do is cross a narrow soi amd im in hemmingways sports bar. If i was to moan of about anything the bed is a little too hard for me and the one and only lift is very slow. So get a low floor and use the stairs

It was directly opposite some pubs and can be noisy till about 3-4am. The staff were not that friendly and the hotel was going through renovations. Bed was not comfy and most importantly, the hot water was inconsistent during shower. And water pressure was not strong.

Newly renovated. I stayed here several times. The staff are fantastic people. Rooms are nice . Great location. Only place I'll stay in Pattaya!

The location and the frontdesk and housekeeping all are great!! Superb!! The frontdesk give us the exact same room upon my request during our last visit on Feb 2020. This shows that they really value and remember their return guests. Well done Bay Breeze Hotel!! Definitely will return here again without any doubt in the near future.

I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights in March 2020. Hotel is in middle of busy area, near shopping and night life so noisy at times. Staff is important to me and staff at this hotel does great job at making me feel comfortable. They were quick to address any problem with room or question I had about area. I will stay again in the future.

Can’t go wrong
Don’t get the entry level room it’s a bit dated and the bed was hard. The bathroom needed some work. I upgraded to a queen room which was much better. The front desk staff was great. Due to an emergency I had to leave 7 days before my stay ended. The hotel refunded me despite being a non refundable stay. Great location close to Mike shopping and central festival mall. A 711 downstairs. Laundry everything close by

good hotel off second road
Good sized room, in excellent condition. mid sized pool has sun in morning only and lots of shelter. Good buffet breakfast 150 baht . located just off second road near night market

There were problems with the elevator when I arrived, it was fixed but still had minor issues. various flaws in the bathroom. too little fridge. They also worked with the swimming pool, I was never told when it was finished. good things: great location, good food. good big bed, great with balcony. good wifi
