2nd time vist

We stayed here before last year.. the room we had no bath this time and seemed to of had a revamp... it was just as good as last time with more than hapy to help staff which makes a big difference in a good hotel and bad in my eyes. Yes there are better posher hotels but yet to have the same quailty helpfulness

Good place for quiet relax

The room is big. There are some interruptions with hot water (it either comes, or it doesn't). In the mornings, they insistently want to get out, do not let them sleep. Clean, comfortable, there is a place to work, a mini-bar, comfortable beds. Quiet, the noise from the surrounding discos does not disturb. A bit far from Beach Road, 25 minutes walk, but it's a nice walk. The room is worth the money, we recommend. P.S. cool pool with a bunch of inflatable toys, in which there is no one. Nice to take a dip in after a hot day.

Boys trip 2016

I stayed in the 4 bedroom penthouse/ villas second time in this hotel. The only thing i feel that they should focus more on pre checking the a/c etc of the villas before the guest comes. This time also i had to get the gas re fill so that a/c should work proper. The staff is supportive . Overall good.

Bird Songs

Citin Garden Resort is in a treed setting allowing birds to settle showing their gratitude with beautiful songs early in the morning. Pool is very nice but needs some minor tile repair. Service is always friendly and give you your full attention. Very girlfriend friendly. Room are OK. Mattress a little hard but got used to it. Again, some minor repair is needed. The shower is either hot or cold in room 321. Would I stay there again? Yes, next year.

Massenabsteige fuer China;s Touristen.Einchecken dieser Touristen Busweise jeden Tag bis nach 23 Uhr sehr laut. Pool notduerftig geflickt,Wirlpool nicht in betrieb defekt. Room was spacious, decent bathroom. However.. Major language barrier, had noise upstairs which I had told staff as it had been going on for 5 hours. She came to my room heard it and walked out doing nothing and saying nothing. Had blood stains on the duvet!!

Ihana henkilökunta, muutama miinus huoneessa..

Hotellissa oli erittäin mukava, ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Hotelli oli myös erittäin rauhallinen, olimme lähes ainoat asiakkaat uima-altaalla 1,5vkn aikana. Sijainti oli tosin melko kaukana ranta-/kävelykadusta, mutta hotellin ilmainen kuljetus korvasi puutteen. Hotellihuoneessa oli kaikki muuten ok paitsi pistorasiat.. Itse sain ladattua puhelintani ainoastaan parvekkeella, äitini wc-tiloissa.. Parveke ei muutenkaan aivan vastannut odotuksia. Parveke oli lasitettu eli paksut muovipleksit peittivät mahtavat näkymät naapurihotellin parvekkeille, joka sijaitsi noin 3m metrin päässä meidän parvekkeestamme ja loput näkymät olivat paikallisten asuinpaikkojen pihoille (roskia/vaatteita yms.). Onneksi yhden ikkunan sai kuitenkin auki. Varasimme kuitenkin huoneen parvekkeella ja näköalalla ja ihmettelimmekin miksi saimme katsella roskakasoja vaikka uima-altaalle olevissa huoneissa oli selkeästi vapaata. (Uima-altaalle päin olevissa huoneissa oli normaalit avoimet parvekkeet eikä samankaltaisia suljettuja tupakkahuoneita kuin meillä oli..). Kuitenkin suosittelen hotellia sen ystävällisen henkilökunnan ja hotellin rauhallisuuden takia. Kannattaa vain tarkistaa millaisen huoneen varaat (parveke!) ja millaisen saat. Itse emme tajunneet kysyä henkilökunnalta huoneen vaihdosta.
