However the front desk cannot see the change throught their OYO OS system. On 3rd day of stay they keep telling me to "check out" so I called Hotels.com's customer service. Customer service people showed their expertise by letting me know it will be ok and sending my receipt to the front desk. However the front desk keep saying that they need to see update on OYO system, and that they don't care about receipt from Hotels.com. It was also unfortunate that OYO tech people are off duty so front desk don't know what to do, before their manager come and let me go.
