#### Refund

I’m still waiting to hear about my refund for this property! On arrival there was nowhere to check in…the office was closed from 29 December to 2 January! Several other people turned up and found themselves in the same situation as me…leading us to question whether the property actually exists and it’s all a scam!! Given it was very close to New Year I couldn’t find another place stay causing a great deal of anxiety and stress!! I have been in contact with your customer services department and chatted with Vijay who promised a prompt refund and would be in contact via email within 24hours but as yet I’ve heard nothing!! Can somebody please look into this and refund me asap. Also this property needs to be taken off your website to prevent others suffering as I have.
