⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tropicana Pattaya! The location is perfect, just steps away from the beach and close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The hotel has beautiful tropical gardens, relaxing swimming pools, and a peaceful atmosphere despite being close to everything. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay in Pattaya, and I would definitely recommend it! 🌴🏖️✨

This is an older property that could benefit from updating an refreshing. The lobby is a unique open air design, with unique furniture that must be described as works of art. It will be warm on hot days, but I find little reason to spend extended time in the lobby. While I was there, the daily showers kept the temperature comfortable. The two large garden courtyards have many, many mature tropical trees and plants. It is maintained well, but not 5 star level. One pool is a simple Gunite square pool. The other is a sprawling, fully tiled lined pool 9-10 feet at it's deepest, a children's section separated from the deeper section by a wide sunning deck (12" deep). The room decor leans to more spartan, but functional and in good order. The beds are hard, but I like a hard bed. They could however, upgrade the pillows, which are also quite hard. What made my stay was the staff. Overwhelmingly helpful, especially the Front Desk Manager. One easy improvement would be to put nylon casters on the legs of the desk chairs. Without them, it makes a loud scraping noise when sliding the chairs. Are (much) more expensive upgrade would be to install safes in every room. However, using the front desk safes was only a mild inconvenience. Close to the beach, restaurants and a 7-11. Best value you are going to find, especially if proximity to the beach is important. It was very relaxing, waking to the birds in the courtyards. What made my 17 day stay
