Really good acomodation - modern, comfortable, quiet and secure. Only problem is location!! Very far from beach and any shops etc. Not within walking distance so taxis needed or a car rental arrgned then hard to find parking at destination. Complex itself very good but surrounded by acres of derelict sites. No evidence of the water park shown in the ad - must have been a victeim of covid!!

Not worth the money.

This place was hard to find, even though we called them twice they did not mention to go to the VIP villa office first, the office is not very efficient. The place is too far from the beach to walk and if you do you will pass huge mounds of rubbish, the shuttle service offered was slow, we had to wait for up to 1 hour, they said they were busy but the shuttles were always outside the office when we passed. Can also be difficult for local taxi to find the place, so unless you have your own transport don't book this place. Toilets always had a sewer smell. Swimming pool was smaller than it looked in the photos.

Could be so much more.... Nice but...

These villas could be so much better. On first impression when you get there they look really nice, but when you settle in you realise otherwise. There are mosquitos everywhere throughout the villas. Seem to be eminating from the bathrooms, and they are big. Even with the machines plugged in they are still everywhere. There is no safe in the rooms despite instructions telling you to lock everything away and with flimsy outer doors doesn't make me feel safe for my belongings. They do provide an outdoor bbq, but it's not been cleaned so can't be using that. The pool however is nice and redeems it somewhat and the actual fittings and furniture are nice inside the villa, and the air con works well. Another down side is late at night, no hot water for a shower. The location is peaceful and they enforce no noisy neighbours, but if you're without a car, it's a long walk to get anywhere. It is a nice place, but could do with a bit more work to make it better.

The villa was amazing. Great host, very helpful! Excellent property !!! Exceeded all expectations. Super clean and very good host. Good location, great for vacation with family or friends. AC super good. Kitchen well maintained with all cutlery and cooking utensils.

The best villa in Pattaya with pool

A very organised check in, the villa was well appointed with spacious rooms and the price paid was a good deal. the beds quite good with a comfy quilt, overall a well equipped villa and worth the money.

從未試過咁差，廢。

對於今次依間酒店得一得字，差，明明book 就話係pool villa ,點知去係個洗腳池，覺得被騙了，完全唔值，最最差，係無一個check in嘅地，門口保安問咩都唔知，一啲都唔友善，廢，因班機遲左，所以要求late check in 而係出發前一早聯絡間villa而都答應無問題，當去到當晚完全無人理我地，我人可以幫到手，幾經辛苦搵到個泰國好人，幫我地搵到villa 負責人，說好的係villa 門口等，話十分鐘就到，點知等了個幾鐘先出現，依啲係咩服務？入住後，入而咩清潔用品都無，要求後應該會第二日俾我地，結果住到第四日，我地走都出現過，仲要超多蟻，好污穢，完全係無人會理你，無housekeeping, 如果怕污穢嘅，就要考慮清楚，一定唔會再黎。到check out 仲想收我地300 泰銖話清潔費，你邊有清潔過？

Terrible stay, so not recommend to anyone

It was a HORRIBLE experience at the VIP Villas. The check in was very slow and they said we had to wait till 2pm sharp to check in, it’s fine if it applies to everyone, but on the day we checked out, the guest begind me could already check in at 10:45am. Also, the swimming pool was tiny, if you are an adult, you can’t even do one strike. The drain from the washroom had an awful odour through out the whole stay, there were garbage all along the side of the road next to the villa, so we could constantly smell the disgusting odour from the washroom drain and the garbage from the road beside us. The garbage can wasn’t emptied when we moved in, there were left over food inside so it was quite gross. There were Ants on the walls and the floor. Bad location, called front desk for more than 40mins, no one picked up, EVERYTHING IS VERY BAD!!!!!!!!! Do not stay here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

괜찮은 빌라지만

셔틀서비스가 제공되고 있지만 외진 곳에 있어 접근성에 불편함이 조금 있음. 조용히 빌라안에 쉴 생각이라면 좋은 곳임. 수영장은 작은 목욕탕만 하여 수영장이라 하기에는 무리. 그래도 전용 수영장은 맞는 말. 스텝들은 매우 친절하고 최선을 다함.

別墅位置較避僻，出入要自行CALL車； 水池不如圖中咁大，最多是十米*五米 洗衣要額外付費，執房部員工不會處理，要自己主動給予

The first impression is of course the company produces an unforgettable, we came to the office where we were greeted by a very pleasant smiling managers, we were treated to chocolate and offered free drinks after the registration process, we were brought to the villa which was just charming, particularly pleased with a private swimming pool with Jacuzzi and a personal chef, great service and very good food. We will definitely return again
